The Pegas Fan Assisted Refrigerated Serveover counter by ES SYSTEM K is an excellent traditional deep deck serveover display, ideal for Deli’s and an ideal fresh meat counter for butchers it also has a practial s/steel rear work shelf, the front glass of the serveover is hydraulic and curved to give an impressive finish. We have many options such as meat lighting and also the ability to multiplex the counters to creat longer counter lengths as well as L Shape Counter runs, we can even fit low speed fans to prevent the fresh meat from drying.
