The Kolumba and its little sister Tucana FG are the most popular choice for Butcher shops and Delicatessans, with its modern Vertical Straight Flat Glass that is hydraulically lifted and being fan assisted this Refrigerated Serveover counter by ES SYSTEM K is an excellent modern deep deck serveover display, ideal for Deli’s and fresh meat counter for butchers it also has a practial s/steel rear work shelf, the front glass of the serveover is hydraulic and curved to give an impressive finish, this is a very modern solution for the butcher shop concept. We have many options such as meat lighting and also the ability to multiplex the counters to creat longer counter lengths as well as L Shape Counter runs, we can even fit low speed fans to prevent the fresh meat from drying. We can also build heated units or bains-maries into the line, directly multiplexed using our insulated dividers, just ask sales for more information. Take a look at our other Remote Serveovers.
