A popular cake franchise approached us to install a brand-new air-conditioning solution in a commercial space with no existing HVAC infrastructure. The franchise owner wanted a reliable, cost effective system that could provide heating and cooling to various zones. The solution had to be installed with the intent to manage both front-of-house customer areas and the high-heat kitchen environment.

After surveying the shop’s layout, electrical load from display chillers, and the kitchen’s heat output, our team designed a complete system from scratch. We installed a Mitsubishi Split Cassette Systems, allowing for individual control of multiple zones with high energy efficiency. The ceiling cassette unit has multi directional airflow and was chosen to distribute air
evenly within the store.
